I think her skin colour really adds to the shot.
Most females nowadays [at least from what I've heard and seen] are keen on having dark, lucious, tanned skin.

I lighting is so seductive.
I love the reflection on her lips.

Beautiful lighting on the face and shoulder. I think that the image is gorgeous--but would be improved if you could have reduced the lighting to her chest a bit--that way the focus would be more on her beautiful facial features and the shadows you created.
